

Russel Peterson, P.T., Owner
Russel became a physical therapist because he enjoys working with people. He’s been practicing for 12 years now.
His specialties include: out-patient physical therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, and general orthopedics.
Russel was born and raised in Snowflake, Arizona. He loves football and basketball. He plays basketball and runs to stay in shape. He also loves to spend time with his family.
Michael Lynn Johnson, P.T., Owner
Lynn has been a physical therapist for 19 years. He enjoys the intellectual challenge of being a therapist as well as the ability to make a positive impact on people’s day-to-day living, improving their job security, and helping people to be independent.
Born and raised in Snowflake, he enjoys the outdoors and spends his spare time camping, cycling and running.
Eric Cox, P.T., Owner
Eric has been a licensed physical therapist since 1999. He has worked with White Mountain Physical Therapy since 1993, and was a physical therapy tech while he went through school. In 2007, Eric became a partner in the company.
Making the decision to become a therapist stemmed from his own personal experiences. As an athlete, Eric went through rehab after breaking his ankle and suffering a back injury. Now he specializes in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehab, pediatrics, and working with balance patients. He also provides therapy services to local schools for rehab and sports specific training programs.
Therapists

Eric was born in Blackfoot, Idaho. He grew up on the move, living in every state in the Northwest, including Alaska. He graduated from high school in Taos, New Mexico. In his personal time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and working with local high school athletes and coaches. His hobbies include football, basketball, golf, landscaping, and home improvement
Randy Whittle, P.T.
Randy is originally from Oregon. He attended college at BYU and the University of Pacific in California.
Specializing in OP Orthopedics, shoulder/neck rehab, and artificial joints, Randy has been a Physical Therapist for 12 years now.
In his spare time he likes to participate in triathalons, as well as hiking, fishing, golf and spending time with his kids.

Tara Green, P.T.A.
Tara was raised in Lakeside and spent her early years as a “mountain girl.” After graduating from Blue Ridge High School, she moved to the big city of Tucson. She then attended school at the University of Arizona and graduated in 1994 with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Sciences.
Tara loves spending time with her family. Her activities revolve around her son’s sporting events and school activities. She is a University of Arizona sports fan as well. She enjoys downhill skiing and watching her son zoom past her on his snowboard.

Carl S. Wiltbank, P.T.
Carl was born in the White Mountains and raised in Snowflake. He graduated in May 1997 from NAU and recently got started in the physical therapy profession.
Carl started his career as a teacher where he had many students with physical therapy needs. Curious, he shadowed a physical therapist to see what it was about, and that was when he decided to go back to school to get his doctorate in physical therapy. He specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation.
When he’s not at work, Carl enjoys being outdoors. Some of his favorite activities include hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. His favorite sport is softball.
Brett Novak, P.T.A.
Brett hails from Kingman, Arizona. He has been working for White Mountain Physical Therapy since June 2010, when he graduated. Brett became a PTA because he enjoys helping others overcome their weaknesses and challenges, not just covering them up.
In his spare time, Brett enjoys hunting, camping, performing on the piano, baseball and soccer.
